Block Getaway stores game progress on your device. It has no ads, developer analytics, tracking SDKs or Streamr app server. Apple handles optional Game Center and purchases. This policy covers the iPhone and iPad app, including iPhone Duo; website privacy is separate.
About this policy
This policy applies only to Block Getaway, provided by Streamr, including the upcoming release shown here. PlayBetween and other Streamr apps have separate privacy policies.
On-device game data
The app saves campaign progress, stars, best times, unfinished games, settings and purchase access on your device. It also keeps the Game Center player identifier and pending scores or achievements locally when you use Game Center. Streamr does not receive this data. Deleting the app can remove local progress; offloading or Apple device backups may preserve it. Progress is not synchronized by a Streamr cloud service.
Free trial and purchases
The first eight Base Campaign cases are free. One permanent purchase unlocks all 30 Base Campaign cases and all 30 After Hours cases. The US price is $2.99; Apple localizes other storefront prices. There are no ads, subscriptions, paid hints, in-game currency or tokens.
Apple processes payments, transaction verification, restoration and refunds under its own privacy policies. The app checks verified StoreKit transactions on your device to determine access. Streamr does not receive your payment card details or operate a purchase-validation server. Apple may provide developers sales and financial reports. Buying or restoring requires an internet connection and Apple Account.
Optional Game Center
You can play available cases without signing in to Game Center. If you connect through Records, Apple provides a player identifier and display name, and the app can send eligible scores and achievements to Apple. Reporting may be retried later. Game Center visibility, account settings and Apple’s data handling are governed by Apple.
Apple services
Apple may process App Store, Game Center, backup, diagnostic or TestFlight information under its own policies and your settings. See Apple’s privacy information for details. This app does not add developer analytics or advertising services.
Duo display information
On iPhone Duo with iOS 27.1 or later, the app reads system hinge and display layout information to keep the board on one page and pause during display changes. This layout information stays on the device and is not sent to Streamr.
Support
If you email support@streamr.mobi, Streamr receives your email address and the details you choose to provide. We use them to respond and investigate the issue. Include only the device, OS and app version, campaign/case and steps needed to reproduce it; avoid unnecessary personal information. Support email and browser visits are separate from the app’s on-device storage.
Children and changes
The game does not request personal details or use advertising or tracking. Apple Account and purchase features remain subject to Apple’s family controls and policies. We will update this policy if the app’s data practices change. Contact support@streamr.mobi with privacy questions.
